City, NEDC, and NCSD Distributes Housing Survey
What are your current housing needs? Is your household income going to substantially change in the next five years? Do you plan to build? Looking for a larger home? Looking to downsize? Would you prefer the convenience of renting instead of owning?
Your answers are important to planning for future housing needs in Nevada. Nevada Economic Development Council (NEDC) identified housing as a need through employer interviews throughout the city. The City of Nevada also identified a need for housing through their comprehensive planning review. One of the Nevada Community School Districtís (NCSD) goals is to plan for future growth of the district. Planning for housing in 2013 begins today and your thoughts are important to this process.
