Current Openings
Street Equipment Operator – The City of Nevada seeks a Streets Equipment Operator II. This position will perform manual labor and semi-skilled and skilled work involving the operation of light and medium construction and maintenance equipment. Salary starting range is $24.51. CDL and GED required.
This position will remain open until filled. A pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background investigation will be conducted. EOE/AA.
Library Clerk Lead Position – The Nevada Public Library is hiring for a Clerk Lead Position to report 27 hours/week. Hours will be Tuesday through Friday, 10 a.m.-3 p.m. and Saturdays, 9:30 a.m.-4:15 p.m. This position manages the circulation desk and supervises the clerk and clerk interns; works with the public; completes all circulation duties; shelves; and manages interlibrary loans.
