This year round facility (air conditioned and heated) offers accommodations for a variety of events for people of all ages. The pavilion is a perfect location to hold a graduation party, wedding reception, birthday party, or family reunion. Conveniently located just off Highway 30 at exit 158 on Fawcett Parkway.
The Pavilion offers:
- Accommodations for everything from business meetings to wedding receptions.
- Kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave and sink)

- Beautiful outdoor scenery with pond, fountains, dock, and plenty of green space.
- Spacious indoor room opening to a large covered patio with picnic tables.
- Handicapped accessibility

Chairs only – 274 (130 chairs provided)

*Additional guests can be accommodated outside on the covered patio.
Rental Fees:
Please see contract below for current rates and fees. Tables and chairs are provided for the main hall, picnic tables are provided in the covered shelter. The renter is responsible for set-up, take down and clean up of the Pavilion.
Reservations:
Reservations may be made two years in advance within the current month, effective Jan. 1, 2013. A deposit is required at the time reservation. For reservations call Nevada Parks & Recreation at 515-382-4352.
