The Iowa League of Cities has collaborated with the Iowa Ethics and Campaign Disclosure Board to develop the City Candidate's Guide 2009 which gives potential candidates a description of the process and requirements for conducting a campaign, as well as an overview of city government. Copies can be found at City Hall and can be distributed to those individuals expressing interest in running for office or who request nomination papers.
