The City of Nevada Parks and Recreation Board creates the rules and planning for all of the city Parks, the cemetery,, the Aquatic Center, and other recreational facilities, as well as deciding on future recreational developments. Parks and Recreation Board meetings are held the third Wednesday of each month, 5:15 p.m. at Gates Hall.
